Nieko

Nieko is a thick, plush coated, gray sable Shiloh who just loves to please you. She is very sweet and loveable and loves to sunggle right up next to you. She is very intelligent and incredibly athletic. She is registered as a Therapy Dog with the Delta Society and is a Canine Good Citizen. Nieko received a perfect score on her Therapy Dog evaulation the first time out. She is very good with Kai, our toddler, who is part of our pack. He loves to cuddle with Nieko and buries his face into her thick, plush coat. She will sit and play with Kai and allows him to take the ball from her mouth. Nieko will bark at strangers coming to the house until she realizes that they are friends and then she will be very friendly. Her favorite people are children. Lolly Pup is a Nieko daughter.

Kody is a registered Therapy Dog with the Delta Society. He is a sweet natured, affectionate, plush, dark grey sable. He loves people of all sorts and is very out going. He makes an excellent therapy dog because of this and the folks at the Life Care Center of Bothell enjoyed his visits. He also has his Canine Good Citizen title. Kody is a pet quality Shiloh.

Below is Kody and I on our Halloween visit. If you haven't guessed, I was Little Red Riding Hood and Kody was a wolf in sheep's clothing.

Bear =

Bear is our "Far Side"dog. She has the funniest expressions because of having one ear up and one down. She is a pet quality Shiloh Shepherd and has a great sense of humor. She loves children and is very sweet and gentle around them. She will give chase to children, in that she will run about four feet behind a child who thinks he/she is outrunning the dog. Bear will chase endlessly and when the child runs out of steam and sits down to rest, Bear will sit right next to him/her and wait for the child to start the chase again.
